FAQ (Buffet)

1. Can I change Some Items of The Menu ?
You are allowed to change items of similar price range
(E.g:Kamopon Mee Siam to Spaghetli Bolognaise,or Fried Chicken with Dry Chili to Thai style Marngo Chicken) A maximum of 2 items can be changed .


2. What type pf menu should I choose?
Your choice of menu should depend on your guest profile .e.g.age group,nationlities or special dietary requirements.

3. How do I decide how many people to cater for if some guests are children?
Two children(below12years)can be considered as one aduit

4. What is the portion of food you serve?
We provide a buffer of 10 percent for the amount of food served.? However, popular items tend to run out sooner than other items.

5. What does”4 hours duration ”mean?
This serves as a guideline suggesting that it is a duration during which our food is at its best condition.

6. What should I indicate as the function time?
Function time will be the time indicated in the invitatiom to guests or the time guests are ecpected to begin their 1st round of food .Our set up team will arrive about 30 mins prior to function time to set up the buffet tables and allow enough time for heating up the food.

7. Can I rent tables and chairs?

Yes,the following are our rental items and their prices:

*Depending on total rental quantity, a transport charge of $30 per trip may be imposed

8. Is your food halal?
No, we are not a Halal caterer.

9. How do I place an order?
You can place your order by:

Faxing In Your Order Form, Or
By Email

10. How many days in advance do I have to place my order?
At least 3 working days, provided the date is still available.

11. What are your payment terms?
You can pay us in cash or issue us a crossed cheque payable to “Imperial Kitchen Catering Pte Ltd” upon delivery of food.
