FAQ (Buffet)

Q: How to order?
A: You can start any time of the month, just inform us 1 to 2 days in advance. Payment cycle is every 20 days.

Q: How is the 20 days counted?
A: As there are no service on weekends and P. Holidays, these are not included in the 20 days. In another words, 20 days means - 20 dinners deliver to you.

Q: What do we get for each meals?
A: You will get at least 1 meat dish, and 1 vegetable dish, out of the 3 dishes.

Q: Can I choose my own menu?
A: Sorry, our menu is standard for eveyone. However, you can request for ? no Pork, no Fish, no Duck, or no Spicy items.

Q: Do you serve Mutton, Beef, Sotong, and Prawns?
A: We don?t serve Mutton and Beef. We do serve Prawns and Sotong, but very rarely.

Q: Can I don?t want the soup?
A: Yes, you can request for no Soup. We will give slightly more portions for the other 3 dishes.

Q: Can I request for the delivery to my required timing?
A: Sorry, delivery is according to our preset route, from 4pm to 7pm. We will try to accommodate your timing, if it does not affect the others. But we do not guarantee / promise delivery time in any instances.

Q: Can I request for your service only 3 to 4 days per week?

A: Yes, you can request for either 3, 4, or 5 days per week, please check our price list for the various rate?12 days or 16 days.

Q: How do I make payment?
A: Payment is collected on the 1st  day of every term/order. You can pay by cash, or cheque make payable to Tong Chiang Kitchen Pte Ltd. Please write your address behind the cheque.

Q: If I want to terminate the service, what should I do?

A: Just inform us 7 days in advance, but please refer to our Terms & Conditions for termination below 20 days order.

Q: What is your operating hours?
A: Our office is open from Monday to Friday. 8 am to 6 pm. Closed on weekends and public holidays. However, our phone line is available till 8.30pm daily, but please take note that we do not accept SMS.

Q: Do I need to heat up the food?
A: It is advisable to heat up the food before consuming. Just remember not to put the metal container directly into your microwave.
